Hear what our customers say
The tour was amazing value for money – we had a private guided tour at 3 local wineries along with beautiful cheese platters and lunch supplied. Ben our driver was organised, knowledgeable and friendly.
He had everything covered right down to an iPhone cable for music and rubbish bags for on the bus, and who could forget his epic photography skills for the many group shots we asked him to take. The guys were so accommodating with the many requests and changes we made, nothing was any trouble for them.
10/10 from me I couldn’t fault the service.
I use Creasy Bear Tours because Ben always gets me from A to B, and with a smile! Whether it’s an airport transfer for business or a winery tour with the girls, Ben is always professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Plus, his prices are hugely competitive. I’d recommend Creasy Bear Tours to anyone after top quality service they can rely on.
Well done to Ben and Creasy Bear Tours. We engaged Ben to look after my birthday party guests staying in Bowral. The party was on a farm. Ben picked people up from around the Southern Highlands to do a small wine tour. That was lots of fun! He dropped everyone back at the motels and then picked them up to bring all to the party at High Range. At the end of the party Ben returned everyone late at night. Great driver, friendly and knowledgeable – made the experience for all my guests better.
Big thank you. 5 star.
Absolutely not! The beauty of going on a wine tour is that you get to learn, and try different wines with no commitment – play around and see what you might like. Don’t like what you are tasting? No problem – there are spittoons available at all wineries – or in most cases a friend on the tour that will help finish off your sample! It really is the best way to try before you buy!
All our wine tours are private – so you get the whole vehicle and driver to yourself. We can cater to groups as small as 4 in our premium vehicle right through to groups of up to 24 people. In our experience the optimal group number is between 8 – 13, as it allows for better interaction with the wine makers and the tasting experience.
Ideally we like to keep the pick up and drop off locations to no more than 2 stops, as it ensures we get on the road faster and it doesn’t eat into your wine tasting time! If you do want to have more pick up and drop off stops, talk to us about this before making your booking. We pick up anywhere in the Illawarra, and Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands.
The beauty of wine tasting is that it can happen in pretty much any kind of weather! Wine tours will go on regardless of the weather (unless there are very extreme conditions that prevent it).
We plan each of our tours from scratch – so no tour is the same. The wineries we visit on the day depend on their availability but we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. We can try and include a specific winery if you like – let us know if you have a favourite and we’ll do our best to fit it in.
Since all of our wine tours are private – it is you and all your guests on the tour so if you want to bring your kid/s along you are welcome to – chat with us first to see how this could work.
Whilst there is no formal dress code regulations at the establishments that we will be visiting, its important to dress neat and tidy and respectful.
No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable. Please see our answer further up the page if you want to know what to wear to our winery tours.
Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water, if you are going on a hiking tour. Everything is provided on our food, beer and winery tours.
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
